Rihanna Gets Crowned as Queen of West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval

Rihanna was chosen as both the host and the crowned queen of the annual West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval held at the Greystone Manor Supperclub in West Hollywood, CA last Wednesday night.
Strange for the guest of honor of a Halloween party NOT to be in costume when accepting her award. However, once you see after the ceremony, you’ll realize why Rihanna didn’t want that many “official” pictures of it:
